The Office Administrator will oversee general office operations, ensure efficient administrative processes, and support our team in delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk duties: answer phone calls, greet clients, and handle inquiries.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Maintain records and organize files for easy retrieval.
Process invoices, manage payments, and handle bookkeeping tasks.
Provide general administrative support to senior staff and technicians.
Other duties as needed to support smooth office operations and team efficiency
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office administration or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
