Job Summary
Sierra Motors has an immediate opening skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and painting, with the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment. This role requires knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on all vehicles.
Duties
Execute paint spraying techniques to achieve a smooth finish on repaired areas To match OEM textures
Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicle surfaces to restore their original appearance.
Carry out auto painting tasks, ensuring color matching and quality standards are met.
Detail vehicles post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction with the final product.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience in auto body repair and painting is essential.
3 years minimum experience paint spraying methods and equipment.
Experience in buffing, detailing, and finishing vehicles to high standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver's license is required.
