The Management Development Program (MDP) is a 12-month on property paid training and development program. The program path consists of 80% work experience and 20% professional development. The program is broken into two main phases: Phase 1 - Mastering Service & Department Knowledge and Phase 2 - Management Essentials, Leadership & Soft Skills Development.Auberge Resorts currently offers several dedicated paths, with focus areas in: Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Rooms.
