Title: Digital Marketing Director

Duration: Permanent/Full Time

Location: Milpitas, CA

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Serving as the lead Solution/Technical Architect and subject matter expert for customer experience & marketing data solutions during Request for Proposal (RFP), Discovery, and Build projects.
  • Interfacing with client’s technical and business teams to gather business requirements to define technical architecture for customer experience & marketing data solutions.
  • Involving other domain-specific SME’s to support solution design.
  • Engaging in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.
  • Proposing designed solutions to client technical and business teams.
  • Providing technical oversight of technical team members.
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

Job Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Consultant with broad expertise in leading solution building and implementation of Digital Marketing initiatives
  • 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tag management, SEO, Google or Adobe Analytics, Campaign Management and CRM software
  • 5+ years of experience with CDP, Customer Analytics and Loyalty solutioning and implementation
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Good knowledge and experience on how to build personalization journeys across channels
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with a deep sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Self-driven with excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
