Established Electrical Contracting Company is in need of a full time Project Manager, Foreman and crew for a large Commercial Project in Modesto.

Knowledge & Skills for the Electrical Project Manager role:
Project Management experience with a focus in Electrical.
Experience in a Construction Office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word & Excel, with the ability able to utilize templates and basic formulas.
Must have experience writing RFIs, Change Orders, and job schedules.
Experience with reading plans.
Experience managing crews and schedules.
Experience using documents within shared networks.
Staying focused, positive & flexible to changes in the workload when it arises.
Knowledge & Skills for the Electrical Foreman, JM and ET roles:
⢠Commercial, Industrial or Residential Electrical Trade knowledge.
⢠Blue print reading + interpretation.
⢠Job planning, layout + management.
⢠Conduit and wire sizing, conduit bending, routing and clean installation skills.
⢠Switchgear, panel board + transformer distribution + termination.
⢠Knowledge of NEC + Osha requirements.
⢠Good communication and writing skills.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with a clean Driver History
High School Graduate or G.E.D equivalent
Reliable Transportation
Professional attitude and appearance.
Must be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Willingness to go above and beyond when needed
