Description We are seeking a Data/Information Architect to join our team in Modesto, California. This role focuses on the development and refinement of internal PowerApps and dashboards within the manufacturing industry. You will work closely with our internal team, providing crucial support, training, and knowledge transfer. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Design and build PowerApps to support internal processes. Collaborate closely with the internal team to provide guidance and skill-building. Develop additional apps and dashboards as required. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer for app maintenance and support. Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI) to optimize our processes. Leverage your skills in Business Intelligence (BI) to provide insightful data analysis. Work in a dynamic team environment to achieve shared goals. Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Requirements Possess solid understanding of the manufacturing industry and its data needs Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field Have proven experience as a Data/Information Architect or a similar role in data management Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI Familiarity with Power BI and PowerApps for data visualization and application development Ability to design, create and manage data systems and structures Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong understanding of data protection and industry compliance standards.
