Relic Inc in Ripon, CA is looking for one floor manager fh to join our 46 person strong team. We are located on 1225 Canal Boulevard. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.ResponsibilitiesThe Floor Manager at Falcon’s Lair oversees the front-of-house (FOH) operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and alignment with the restaurant’s high standards. This role involves leading, mentoring, and motivating the FOH team, managing schedules, and maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of Falcon’s Lair. Team Leadership: Supervise and support FOH staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders. Train and mentor team members to maintain consistent service standards. Foster a collaborative and professional environment by resolving staff conflicts and encouraging teamwork. Operations Management: Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift management. Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Guest Experience: Maintain a warm, welcoming environment for all guests. Monitor service flow and timing to ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Engage with customers to build rapport and resolve issues proactively. Administrative Duties: Coordinate scheduling for FOH staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Manage time-off requests and communicate scheduling needs effectively. Track FOH inventory (e.g., menus, uniforms, or service tools) and coordinate with vendors as needed. Promote special events, new menu items, and promotional offers to guests.
