About the Job
Seeking qualified house cleaner who either has had previous professional training through other companies or equivalent experience with independent cleaning. Part time or Full time is okay but seeking long-term worker.
Qualifications:
Professionally trained or equivalent in experience.
Bring your own supplies and equipment.
Able to find transportation to and from client homes.
Able to speak at least conversational English.
Pass background screening.
18 years or older.
Krystal Clear Cleaning Referral Agency can find you clients, schedule their cleanings around your availability, provide customer service, take care of client billing and payments, and help manage client feedback. We provide this service at no charge to you. You can accept referral jobs as often or as seldom as you'd like. Register with us based on your own availability and take cleaning jobs in locations you wish to work in.
The client pays us the job fee and every week we send you a check or direct deposit for 60% of the job which is between $18-$25 per cleaning hour. After 1 year registered, you will receive 70% of each job which is between $18 - $25 per cleaning hour. You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Krystal Clear Cleaning Referral Agency is not the employer of its registered cleaner, you would be accepting jobs as an independent house cleaner.

Why give up 40%?
Well, you're not! Some cleaners are uncomfortable with the idea of giving up 40% of the sale to the agency, which is an understandable concern. However you're not giving up 40%, that's the rate that the client pays the agency for our services. For the cleaner, at the rate of $18- $25 per hour, if this is close to what the cleaner is already charging their clients, the cleaner is not losing much income, if any, in exchange for exposure to greater amount of clientele that they did not have to do any work to capture. When we send you a job offer, it's already a closed sale. We spend a lot on advertising and marketing to get you committed customers to fill your schedule. We also pay for the credit card fees and we offer weekly direct deposit. The client also gets access to cleaners we have screened and vetted, and is willing to pay a premium for our services. Win win.

Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning, Changing bed linens, Refrigerator Cleaning, Cabinet Cleaning, Window Washing, Carpet Cleaning, Wall Washing, Laundry, Pet waste cleanup, Basement Cleaning, Organization (beyond standard tidying), Move-out cleaning, Vacuuming and/or mopping, Dusting
Provides own cleaning supplies, Provides own equipment
You must provide your own supplies and equipment. Many clients may ask for Eco friendly options.
