Exciting, Busy, Fast Paced Restaurant in Downtown Modesto!
We are looking for kitchen leaders. If you are an experienced cook looking for a position in the Modesto area, we'd love to meet. Both shift/line leaders and management positions available.
Management Position: Reports and collaborates with Executive Chef
- Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations: food prep, stock, inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, compliance
- People management: training, culture, conflict mediation
- Line leadership: delivery of food by restaurant standards
- $15-$17/hour based on experience
Line Leader Position: Reports to kitchen manager/Executive Chef
- Ensure delivery of food by restaurant standards
- Expedite orders and manage tickets
- Lead small team of line cooks during busy periods
- $13-$15/hour base on experience
