The Environmental Compliance Inspector I/II is responsible to investigate and enforce State, Federal, and local regulations pertaining to mandated wastewater pretreatment and storm water management programs; to perform inspections of businesses and systems, obtaining samples and ensuring compliance with discharge permits and requirements; and to conduct on-going monitoring, compliance tracking, data collection/analysis and reporting.
