We are looking for a compassionate individual to care for our elderly with developmental disabilities. We are a 30 bed home located in Empire, CA. Entry level position- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We assist with all ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, activities inside and out of home, etc.).
We are currently hiring for our Graveyard shift which is 11pm-7am and PM shift which is 3pm-11pm. MUST be able to work WEEKENDS. Starting pay is $16.00/hr, with an increase to $16.50 after 90 days. After working full time (4/5 days a week) for one year, you are eligible for one week paid vacation and eligible for our 401K (which we match up to 4% of your paycheck).
MUST CLEAR fingerprinting, no felonies. We go through FBI and DOJ (we pay for the fingerprinting). You will have to have a work physical done with your doctor before starting. Please call us M-F/6-2pm to schedule an interview with Renee or Sarah.
