*Create Financial Arrangements utilizing estimated insurance and patient portions
*Scheduling Appointments
*Verifying Insurance
Primary Responsibilities:
*Confirming Appointments
*Verifying Insurance and collecting patient portions at time of service
*In charge of checking in patients and keeping the schedule filled
*Presenting treatment/Financial plans
*Reactivate unscheduled treatment and unscheduled patients
