Registered Nurse in Adult Care facility (Patterson)
We are looking for a well experienced Registered Nurse with a valid none expired RN license at our Adult Residential Care Facility in PATTERSON.
Qualifications
CA RN LICENSE - REQUIRED
ACLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED

Schedule: 8 hours shift/12hours shift (2-3 days a week)
Job responsibilities include:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, practicing in an evidence-based manner, within the Scope of Practice of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and care home policies
The RN performs all the steps of the nursing process including assessing patients, interpreting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
In addition, the RN in care homes coordinates care with other providers and acts as a teacher to the patients/clients and family to provide the knowledge and skills needed to manage their care and prevent complications.
A Nurse Consultant in residential care homes provides expert guidance and support to ensure high-quality care for residents.
Nurse Consultant in residential care homes take care of residence with health conditions (RHC) according to title 22 section 8009 2.1
A care home RN Supervises, manages and Nurses clients with the following conditions:
Use of inhalation assistive devices
colostomy/ileostomy
requirements for fecal, impaction removal,
enemas, or suppository.
Use of catheters or other serious communicable infections
Insulin dependent diabetes
stage 1 and 2 dermal ulcer
wound care
gastrostomy
tracheostomy.
IV management
These nurses work with clients/ Patients to improve their well-being.
