Veterinary Receptionist needed. Full-time position Monday-Friday. Must be able to work a variation of the following shifts: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm. Part-time position is Monday-Friday 2pm-6pm.
Veterinary hospital seeking a receptionist. Applicants must be detail oriented and professional. Must possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills, compassion, and a positive attitude. Excellent customer service skills and communication are required! Punctuality is expected. Minimum of 1 year veterinary receptionist experience required. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service.
Being attentive to clients.
Answer and triage phone calls from clients.
Schedule appointments and procedures.
Check out clients.
Monitor client flow from check-in to check-out.
Client call backs.
Managing record requests from other hospitals and online pharmacies.
Filling prescriptions.
Monitoring and cleaning of reception area and nurses area.
Process payment transactions.
Maintain proper documentation in the electronic medical record.
Starting wage $16.00-$18/hour DOE
