Job Title: Truss Crane Rigger

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Truss Crane Rigger to safely secure loads, guide crane operators, and ensure the proper use and maintenance of rigging equipment. The role requires strong safety awareness, communication skills, and expertise in rigging techniques.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, select, and use rigging equipment (slings, hooks, cables) for safe load handling.
Secure loads to cranes and ensure stability during lifts.
Communicate with crane operators using hand signals or radios.
Conduct pre-lift safety checks and follow all safety regulations.
Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, reporting defects or issues.
Assist in planning and troubleshooting rigging operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a rigger or in a similar role.
Knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Certification in rigging (e.g., NCCCO) preferred.
Physical strength and ability to work at heights and outdoors.
