We are looking for a friendly and motivated person to join our Fire/Water Restoration team as a Skilled Prep & Detailer. This production team member will be responsible for preparing and detailing properties per onsite superintendents or project management instruction. This team member will also assist with the daily production functions to include but not limited to, manual labor, operation of basic hand or power tools, and working closely with other staff to ensure the final preparation of a property is complete.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist on-site with preparing property for homeowner walk-thru
Communicate daily with customer service, superintendents, and/or project manager.
Complete site maintenance; sweeping, trash removal, landscaping maintenance on occasion.
Assist with minor demolition or tear downs.
Caulking around trim, baseboards, cabinets, casing and other fixtures.
Complete all items on punch or checklists
Inspecting, identifying and documenting damaged or missing items in or around property
Painting, ability to basic drywall patch and texturing is a plus!
Perform other related duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills
Some knowledge in residential and commercial construction
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Minimum 1-year hands on construction experience
Experience in detailing properties is a plus
Detail oriented
Extremely reliable and dependable (time management & punctuality)
Follow directions from a supervisor
Team player and ability to follow procedures
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work full-time in the outside elements
Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, squat, reach and move 6 +hours at a time
Ability to lift, move, and/or carry items which may be in excess of 50lbs.
Finger dexterity and mobility to walk on uneven terrain.

A successful Coordinator will possess tenacity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator who is detailed oriented and able to focus with many projects in varying degrees of completion will be most successful in this position.
Must be available to work FULL-TIME Mon-Friday 8am-5pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding of the claims flow process - Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents and other Environmental work.
Manages data entry for each claim form First Notice of Loss through to completion of job in the CRM system.
Daily review of compliance tasks and all job tasks are completed on time.
Monitor and updates jobs in required operating system making sure the job flows efficiently through the claims process requirements and cycle times.
Ensure that uploading photos, and other documents are appropriately described/titled and uploaded in real time and follows up to get missed required data from homeowner and insurance/mortgage information not obtained on initial call.
Manages Customer Service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolution.
Understanding of all company cycle times and SLAs required for each job and phase.
Client Care Calls - ensure constant, often daily, Commumication with the customer, may communicate with adjuster.
Ensure daily notes are entered in all jobs, contacting relevant participants and escalating to the department manager as required.
Assisting project management with gathering bid details and selections.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience preferred, work experience will be considered
IICRC Certifications preferred but not required: WTR, ASD, OCT, STC
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
Personal time management and organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
Ability to manage highly confidential information
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient at using Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM software
Experience with customer interaction and conflict resolution
