Front-End Loader Operator – Entry Level (Modesto Area)
Starting pay: $20 per hour
Typical annual pay: $46,000–$60,000 with overtime
Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, Monday–Saturday (overtime available)

We’re a local, family-run company looking for reliable loader operators who take pride in working safely, efficiently, and as part of a strong team.
This is an entry-level position, but prior loader experience is strongly preferred.
We’ve found that applicants with real equipment experience perform best in this role.
This is a non-union, hourly position best suited for operators seeking consistent, year-round work rather than union or prevailing-wage jobs.
Daily work includes:
Pushing, piling, and loading materials
Ground clean-up
Assisting with basic equipment maintenance
Requirements:
3+ months operating a loader, skid steer, backhoe, or similar equipment (preferred)
Prior loader experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license
Willing to work 9+ hour shifts and Saturdays during busy season
Able to read, write, and speak English
Reliable transportation to jobs throughout the Central Valley
Dependable, self-motivated, and drug-free
Ideal candidates live within 30 miles of Modesto
