We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Job Title: Landscape Crew Leader
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of landscape laborers in executing landscaping projects, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, conduct site assessments and plan daily activities for the crew, operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, communicate effectively with management and provide updates, train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and efficiency, ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, perform hands-on landscaping tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Landscape Crew Leader or similar role in landscaping.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Perform Physical labor.
Speaks Spanish, Bi-Lingual is Plus.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $21 - $24 per hour (equivalent to $42,000 - $45,000 per year), availability to pick up overtime work, opportunities for professional growth and development, supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Title: Landscape Laborer
Responsibilities:
Perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, and irrigation, assist in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects, operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, follow instructions from the Landscape Crew Leader and other supervisors, ensure the quality and aesthetics of landscaping work, maintain a clean and safe work environment, perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred.
(Speaks Spanish, Bi-Lingual is a plus).
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $19 per hour (equivalent to $34,500 - $40,000 per year), opportunities for professional growth and development, supportive and collaborative work environment.
