Taking responsibility and pride in your work is critical to succeeding, but it feels good when hard work pays off. #dirtyhandscleanmoneyWHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO AS A TREE GROUNDSMAN:Operate as a member of a tree crew while progressively learning new skillsProvide support for the other crew members by controlling lowering ropes, limbs and persons from aloftCutting, chipping and loading brush and wood and proper job site cleanupProperly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and more.
