Apply today for an opportunity to join our growing team!We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time Representative Payee Program ACCOUNT MANAGER to work at our Modesto location.

This position combines administrative skills and face-to-face client interaction on our office (no travel).

The Account Manager is responsible for working directly with clients to create a monthly budget which will allow the client to maintain a stable living situation.

Our ideal candidate is energetic, possesses strong people skills and has an ability to work with a wide variety of people including clients suffering from a variety of physical and/or mental illnesses.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones; Work with clients directly in person and on the phone

Connect clients to outside referrals for housing and medical care

Use the Client Account Management database to process check requests Work with management to address payment issues including lost checks, stop payments, voided and outstanding checks, etc.

Manage client accounts for accuracy and compliance with Social Security Administration regulations

Process month-end report on clients' expenditures for Social Security Administration

Collaborate with Office Manager to facilitate reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding issues

Requirements:

Commitment to providing services within an atmosphere of dignity and respect

Above average computer skills, including the capacity to use a database and Microsoft applications

Proven ability to successfully process high volumes of detailed information

The ability to work independently and solve problems creatively

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills are a must; this position involves juggling several responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Good listening skills; Patience, perseverance, and flexibility

Sense of humor and ability to be calm in the midst of occasional chaos would be very helpful.

Strong spelling/grammar and written and oral communication skills

Collaboration among team members is essential, and creative problem solving is strongly encouraged.

This is an hourly position with benefits (after eligibility) including health, dental, and vision insurance, vacation, holiday and sick leave pay.

Full-time/Non-Exempt/ Monday Friday 8:30-5:00

Must have reliable transportation and willing to consent to a background investigation and drug screen.
