Office/Logistics Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and want to learn how to use QuickBooks and other management software? We’re looking for a reliable Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly!

What You’ll Do:

Manage and update spreadsheets in Excel to track and analyze data.

Use QuickBooks to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial recordkeeping.

Handle general office duties, Inventory assistance, and scheduling.

Assist with accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, charts, pivot tables).

Experience with QuickBooks for accounting and bookkeeping tasks a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

High school diploma or equivalent; prior office experience is a plus.
