In search of a motivated, self sufficient individual. Secretary/office assistant needed for a fast paced, small business. Duties will include, but not limited to answering multiple phone lines, customer service, scheduling technicians, data entry, scanning, filing, typing and answering emails. Multi-tasking is a major component of this position. Prioritization most helpful in this position. Must be able to work a set schedule. Customer experience is a plus!
