We are seeking a full-time solar energy office clerk who will play a vital role in our renewable energy operation. This candidate MUST have at least 1 year of solar energy experience
WE WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY RESUME THAT DOES NOT HAVE SOLAR/PERMITTING EXPERIENCE.
The following are key requirements that we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation related to solar projects, solar contracts, and client information.
Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and contractors. Answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about our solar energy products and services. Address and resolve client/contractor concerns promptly.
Data Entry and Management: Input and update data into our solar platforms related to solar installations, maintenance schedules. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data for reporting and operational purposes.
Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, site surveys, and installations between customers and the technical or sales teams. Manage calendars, set up appointments, and communicate details effectively to all parties involved.
Office Supplies and Inventory: Manage office supplies and ensure materials are stocked and ordered as needed. Track inventory related to solar equipment and parts. Maintain effective communication with warehouse staff to ensure smooth installation process.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure documentation complies with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare reports for regulatory bodies and verify the completeness and accuracy of project documentation.
