We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide customers through the car-buying process, help them find the right vehicle for their needs, and ensure a friendly, transparent, and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the dealership and on the lot
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and financing options
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred but not necessary (automotive experience a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
