Budget Blinds of Patterson is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our growing team! This is a commission-only position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for home décor, and the drive to succeed in a flexible, self-managed role.
You’ll meet with customers in their homes to help them choose from our wide selection of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes. No cold calling — we provide quality leads and appointments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with customers
Recommend custom window treatment solutions
Take accurate measurements and prepare quotes
Close sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Follow up with clients and coordinate with the installation team
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred (especially in home improvement or design)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Training provided; experience with window coverings is a plus
