Key Responsibilities:
Provide Expert Product Guidance: Utilize in-depth knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and cycling gear to assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Offer Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, actively listen to their wants and needs, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their cycling experience.
Demonstrate Product Features and Benefits: Effectively communicate the features, specifications, and benefits of various bicycles and accessories to customers, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: Ensure that products are attractively displayed and properly labeled with accurate price and product information. Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
Handle Customer Inquiries and Resolutions: Respond to customer inquiries via in person interactions, phone calls, or emails promptly and professionally.
Qualifications: Prior Retail experience is valued but not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Strong People Skills: Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, building rapport and fostering positive relationships to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
Quick Learner: Capable of quickly grasping product knowledge, including various bicycles models, components, and accessories, to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
Customer Service Oriented: Commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction by actively listening to their inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and resolving any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
