We are looking for a SERVICE & INSTALLING technician with at least 4 years of HVAC experience.
Responsibilities and Requirements for Technician:
Repair, replace, service, and maintenance of all types of HVAC equipment.
Ability to locate parts and put on will call.
Dependable with ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
Must have own reliable vehicle and all HVAC tools.
Strong working knowledge of job site safety.
Friendly optimistic demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Excellent sales and upsell skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to climb ladders to heights up to 35 ft.
An ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be EPA certified.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Hvac installer (Minimum 5 years as a lead installer and has his own tools).
We are also looking for an experienced installer/ducts helper (Minimum 3 years experience).
Job requirements:
Need to be able to commute to our office.
Needs to work well with others and be a team player.
Positive attitude is a must
Experience as a team leader for min 5 years is a must.
Fluent English is a must and a Valid CA driver license is required in order to be added to the insurance.
