Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and roofing, with a strong ability to oversee and manage projects effectively.
Duties
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Supervise and coordinate activities on the construction site
- Utilize carpentry skills to fabricate, restore, and install various components
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Strong carpentry skills including frame carpentry, tile laying, and use of power and hand tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
