Very Established regional courier company with over 300+ employees is looking for part-time drivers to provide small parcel delivery to customers throughout the Central Valley. We are an employee-based, essential business servicing California for over 30 years with a current opening looking for YOU! Perfect for Uber drivers, fixed income individuals, or employees looking to subsidize their income with set, guaranteed hours!
We are specifically seeking a Mini-van Sprinter-Van or Cargo van for this position.
HOURS
Monday - Friday, 0530AM to finish. Route may range from 4.5 -5 hours per day.
PREREQUISITES:
Provide and drive your own Mini, Cargo or Sprinter Van. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS PREREQUISUTE. You will use your vehicle to complete your daily route assignments.
Clean DMV driving record with no more than 1 point in the last 3 years
Must be 21 years of age or older
Driver is responsible for providing vehicle, fuel, maintenance, and 100/300 liability & $50,000 property insurance.
Must be reliable, customer-service friendly, and energetic with a positive attitude!
COMPENSATION:
Top drivers make $23.00 to $25.00 per hour+ using their own vehicle. This is based on a combination of an hourly wage and mileage reimbursement. Base wage is 17.50 per hour plus a non-taxed mileage re-imbursement of $0.57 -$.63 per mile based on vehicle.
Benefits include sick pay based on California labor laws.
