We are looking to hire a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Shop Assistant. This position supports day-to-day upkeep of trucks and trailers and helps keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
Changing truck and trailer tires
Performing 90-day DOT inspections
Changing oil and doing basic preventative maintenance
Identifying and reporting necessary repairs
Assisting with truck and trailer washing/prepping
General shop help as needed
Requirements:
Experience with commercial trucks/trailers preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge
Ability to work full-time
Dependable, motivated, and able to follow instructions
Must be able to work safely and efficiently
Must be fluent in English.
Schedule: Full-time 8 am - 5 pm
