Description We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Monrovia, California. This role involves overseeing office operations and administrative functions in a financial advisory firm setting. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning. Manage relationships with vendors and maintain adequate office supplies. Formulate and uphold office policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular performance reports for review by management. Oversee the employee onboarding process, including orientation, paperwork, and training coordination. Maintain accurate records of employee information, including tracking of sick time and leave. Manage the accounts payable/receivable team and support payroll processing and reconciliation. Securely handle sensitive client information and maintain organized records. Administer retirement plans and manage employee enrollments. Liaise with benefits providers and assist with annual audits. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for employees and promptly resolve any administrative issues. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Office Manager role or similar position Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services Ability to use Concur for expense management Proficient in CRM tools Comprehensive understanding of general Accounting Functions Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to manage and effectively respond to Answering Inbound Calls Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting and payroll tasks­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
