Current state Registered Pharmacist License.2. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.3. B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.4. BLS and ACLS certification preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $62.00 to $93.46.
