SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position is responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer with administrative functions of the firm, and managing the client operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Spends approximately 10% of time as an operations associate
o Facilitate client service requests
o Responsible for client service paperwork
o Initiates and monitors money transfers
o Manages client onboarding process
o Prepares client insurance reports
o Manages client documents and information
Manages, develops and trains the client operations team (operations associates and office assistant)
Oversees workflow and coordination of client operations team
Leads process and system improvements for client operations team
Leads various business projects including firm events
Assists CFO manage firm’s accounting
Assists COO with various functions related to vendors, human resources, compliance, IT, legal, and facilities
Maintains policies and procedures related to administrative functions
Maintains timely and accurate data and notes in CRM database
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree preferred
At least 8 years of relevant experience preferred
