Swift Car Wash is seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with a small on-site team, handling both high-level managerial responsibilities and daily operational tasks.
Position Highlights
Train and onboard new Crew Members.
Oversee day-to-day car wash operations and coordinate Crew Member activities.
Assist with employment actions, including discipline and termination, in line with company policy.
Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to boost productivity and efficiency.
Lead safety meetings, team-building events, and other projects.
Greet and interact with customers, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
Conduct daily and weekly equipment assessments to ensure optimal performance and identify repair needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper cash accountability at POS registers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash, parking lot, crew areas, and equipment rooms.
Guide customers through the car wash entry procedure, ensuring proper loading and safety standards.
Foster team camaraderie and act as a self-motivated leader and team player.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Preferred: Previous car wash experience (not required).
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Google Drive and related tools.
Basic knowledge with technology.
Physical ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Adherence to dress and grooming standards, with a professional and clean appearance. (Uniform Supplied)
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Problem-solving skills, particularly for mechanical issues.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work with cash registers or related equipment.
