Our Customer Service Reps take phone calls, answer radios, process credit card payments, and take orders for aircraft services, but they're not always stuck behind the desk. This is a position where you will move around as you meet and greet pilots, passengers, and flight crews flying into the Monterey Peninsula.
To be successful in this position, you will have these qualities:
Able to put the awe in awesome! Must have enthusiasm and dedication to deliver world class service.
Willing to give one-on-one excellent customer service to our customers and to our team members.
Understanding that we believe in safety in all we do.
Be professionalism in manner and dress.
Have good communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Attention to the details and able to learn our computer systems, process, and procedures.
Flexibility in your schedule is important so that we can accommodate everyone’s time off requests. Working early mornings, evening shifts, and on the weekends is required. We have full-time and part-time shifts available.

The selected candidate should have a good DMV driving record and we are a drug-free workplace.
