Looking for an individual whos motivated to learn the industry and who is responsible when it comes to time management and obligations. this is very important since we are a small business with only 2 employees. You dont have to have prior experience in the smoke shop industry to be considered. Looking for someone whos not afraid to smile and who greets every customers as they come in. Customer service etiquette is my main qualification. customer service experience preferred but willing to teach the right person. This position will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 9pm schedule is subject to changes so flexibility is a must. Must be willing to work mornings as well, weekly hours can very from 20 hours to 30+ hours a week. Must be 21+ to apply. Must not have prior convictions. Must pass background check, must have reliable transportation and live within the area. You will be mostly helping customers with their purchases explaining products offering them choices and opinions, and be running the cash register. You will also be expected to clean shelves, glass cases, sweeping inside and outside and just keeping the shop nice and clean on your down time daily. Theirs a lot to learn so this job will require a lot of effort on your part to retain knowledge about products. If you have a shift where you'll be working alone you must sign a waiver acknowledging you will take your breaks accordingly on your down time. Probationary period of 30 days will be implied to see if you're a great fit for our small business. Starting pay is $16.50/hr pay raise will be considered on work performance.
