We are currently canvassing for a full-time Client Services Specialist to join the team. This position will work hand-in-hand with our clients, groomers, and manager to oversee daily administrative operations, as well as monitoring business practices with forward thinking. This leader must be able to work effectively in an environment which embraces customer service. This job also requires some physical labor with helping keep the salon clean and tidy, laundry, vacuuming and such. Additionally, this individual should show a passion for excellence, leading by example, and will at all times exhibit the highest level of professionalism when collaborating with customers, and the team.
Requirements:
2 years of previous customer service required
Proficiency with appointment scheduling and confirmation of appointments
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to perform some physical duties
Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite and our scheduling software)
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
