GreenWaste is currently seeking highly motivated, professional, self-directed and enthusiastic candidates for a Customer Service Representative Call Center position. Ideal candidates will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. We expect candidates will meet the minimum requirements, but recognize candidates may not encompass all the skills and experience listed in this announcement.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

o Managing and answering large amounts of customer service calls/questions and resolving calls in a timely manner.

o Documenting all customer service calls in our company specific database.

o Maintaining customer records by updating account information.

o Mailing service information to our customers.

o Data entry duties.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Ability to manage your time and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

- Effective problem solving skills and ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.

- Skills to communicate effectively and speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.

- Spanish fluency is highly desirable.

Education and Experience Required:

- One to two years' experience in customer service preferred.

Position Information:

This position will be located in our Marina office under the direction of the Customer Service and Outreach Manager. The Customer Service Representative position is a non-exempt position based on a Monday - Friday daytime schedule. Some early morning, evening, weekend and holiday work may be required.

Compensation:

Financial compensation will be $15.75 per hour. GreenWaste provides a competitive benefit package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance and the option to participate in a 401k-retirement plan after one year. Paid time off accrues uniformly throughout the year and increases with tenure.
