Three doctor, progressive small animal veterinary hospital in Aptos is seeking an experienced receptionist for a part-time position. Veterinary or medical experience is a plus. A successful candidate will share our commitment to provide the highest quality client service as well as patient care. A people friendly, pet compassionate person will love it here. Paid vacation, sick, holiday pay. Medical insurance contribution and 401K availability (1000 hours/year requirement).
Looking for someone that can work flexible hours(no Sundays). Applicants should have excellent verbal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, follow through on assignments and handle busy phone lines. We use computer based record keeping and you would be responsible for scanning, faxing, scheduling, emailing, etc. Exceptional attention to detail handled in a calm manner will get our attention. You will need to be able to lift #40.
