Santa Catalina School seeks applicants for our After-School Enrichment Program support team in the Lower
and Middle School. Our Fall 2021 After-School Enrichment Program runs from September 13-December 17,
with additional staff training dates and potential to begin sooner. This is an opportunity to exercise your

Qualifications & Responsibilities
As an After-School Enrichment Program Assistant, you will supervise and facilitate free play and snack time for
students in PreK-Grade 8, typically from 3:15-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. You will lead and monitor organized
and free play and homework time for students in PreK-Grade 3, typically from 4:00-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
You are a positive role model for our students, and you will build relationships with them, lead various games,
and oversee free play and activities for your student group. This position is expected to be a supportive and
contributing member of our after-school enrichment team.
● Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 3:00-5:45 p.m., from September 13-December 17, with a
break November 22-29 for Thanksgiving.
○ Some training required prior to September 13
● Strong preference for candidates with additional availability and interest for Spring 2022.

● Operate and use a variety of athletic and arts and crafts-related materials and equipment
● Learn, follow, and explain school rules, regulations, policies, and daily practices regarding the
After-School Enrichment Program operation.
Who We Are
Located on California’s beautiful Monterey Peninsula, Santa Catalina School is two schools on the same
campus: the Lower and Middle School, serving local boys and girls in PreK-Grade 8, and the Upper School, an
all-girls college preparatory day and boarding school for Grades 9-12.
