Eric Miller Architects is looking for a determined, career oriented and experienced individual who can handle full projects and or multiple projects which will include but not limited to creating floor plans, site plans, details and construction documents. Candidate is required to have strong communication skills that will allow him/her to work with other team members.
Primary responsibility is drawing production for various project types including residential additions, renovations and new construction, commercial interior improvements. This job may require occasional job site visits to field measure or check up on projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree or completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting or related field
At least 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in 3-D & Rendering Software
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with departmental personnel, management, contractors, consultants and the general public
Highly attentive to details, accuracy and visual aesthetic
