Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
- Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits required
- Up to date Serve Safe Certificate for Managers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult people and high-pressure situations in a professional manner
- TIPS certification needed within 30 days of hire
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Proficient in Tock, Square, Google Suite, and Excel
