We are seeking a leader with a love for food!
We are a full service, mostly scratch kitchen.
50 hours a week +. This is a hands on position. You will be expected to work the line.
Requirements:
- Responsible for the supervision and leadership of line cooks. Staff size of 5-10 (seasonally adjusted)
- Hands-on management and leadership style, with effective production experience
- Interview, hire, develop, train, coach, and manage the kitchen staff; this is your team
- Responsible for working with vendors, purchasing, and inventory controls.
- Positive attitude and works well with FOH and BOH. Treats people with respect and creates a positive work environment.
