Job Objective: To promote the restaurant to all interested parties presenting themselves in person, welcoming and creating first impression to potential guests
Key Areas of Accountability:

⢠Draw attention to themselves and the restaurant

⢠Be the number one promoter for the restaurant
⢠Enjoy working with the public
⢠Intimate knowledge of menu, cocktail and wine programs, salumi room, and upcoming events.

⢠Responds to guest concerns and questions and resolves to guest's satisfaction by troubleshooting or directing guest complaints to appropriate department head for prompt action.
⢠Demonstrates loyalty and trustworthiness to the entire Mirabel Hotel and Restaurant Group.
*Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two years previous restaurant service experience in an upscale or luxury dining facility is desirable as well as a strong desire/ passion to learn more about food and wine.
*Language Skills: Position requires excellent spoken English communications skills, specifically the ability to effectively present information to customers related to food and wine.
