We are searching for an experienced cook to join our team at the Carmel Valley location. The ideal candidate has previous experience cooking and prepping in a professional kitchen and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking hot items, preparing cold sandwiches and prepping ingredients, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience every time they visit.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Adhere to recipes set forth by Chef and Manager
Adhere to quality of ingredients set forth by Chef and Manager
Follow CA food safety procedures
Deliver food to customers
Complete specified cleaning tasks
Complete opening and closing checklists
Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Daily station inventory as needed
Assist with weekly/daily ordering as needed
All candidates must have a valid food handlers certificate
32-40 hours per week
Salary: $19.00 -$21.00 per hour based on experience
