Position Available: Line Cook
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 2pm to close (usually between 10 and 11pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping an orderly and sanitized work area
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Preparing and properly labeling/storing ingredients
- Setting up and stocking station for service
- Arranging and garnishing food per chef's instructions
- Maintaining appropriate inventory levels for the station
- Nightly cleaning and deep cleaning of kitchen
Compensation:
- $25 to $27.50 per hour (depending on experience), daily family meal, employee discount
Qualifications:
- Valid food handler card
- 2 years minimum experience in a kitchen
