Position Available: Server/Backserver

Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 2pm to close (usually 10 or 11pm)

Expectations:

- Knowledge of high-end food and wine, with an ability to make pairing recommendations

- Impeccable communication and customer service skills

- Professional demeanor

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining poise in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays (Xmas Eve, NYE, Valentines, etc.)

- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing top-tier, personalized service to our guests

- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our menu, including seasonal ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary considerations

- Recommending wine pairings and ensuring guests have a seamless, memorable dining experience

- Coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure impeccable service and timing

- Managing tables with precision and ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

Compensation:

-Base hourly + FOH keeps all tips/service charges, daily family meal, employee discount

Qualifications:

-Valid food handler card

- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
