Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and bilingual individual to join our team as a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that requires a hands-on approach to maintaining our hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and a strong background in both housekeeping and management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Training:
Observe housekeeping employees, provide constructive feedback, and follow up to ensure instructions are understood and implemented.
Address associate performance and behavior concerns, either through direct intervention or by reporting to upper management.
Operations & Quality Control:
Inspect all rooms to ensure they are cleaned in an efficient manner according to established standards.
Work alongside housekeepers to clean all rooms
Advise maintenance staff of rooms or office areas requiring repairs.
Maintain good customer service practices at all times.
Required Qualifications
Housekeeping and supervisory experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position.
The schedule is five days a week with weekends required
The days off will be Tuesday and Friday.
Schedule may include holidays.
