We are looking for a full scope General Manager to run the iconic Sly McFly’s on Cannery Row. We’ve been in business since 1977. We offer premium casual dining and live music, 7 nights a week.
The right candidate can operate with autonomy and minimal supervision. An ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
Opportunity to participate in profit sharing up to $100k+ per year, in addition to Salary. Bonuses are based on revenue growth and cost management. We pay for performance.
This person will be ambitious with ability to enhance revenue through marketing, expanding relationships with local hotels and convention spaces, advertising, brand enhancement, and increasing customer satisfaction.
