Job Summary:
The Grill Associate operates efficiently and professionally inside our on-course grill, in a fast-paced environment ensuring Pebble Beach standards and world-class service on a daily basis.
Absolutely Required Skills:
Experience in food and beverage with some culinary experience.
Cash handling.
Experience working with Micros or POS system.
Food safety and RBS certifications.
Available to work a variety of shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
Desired Skills:
Excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of kitchen or back of house operations.
Customer first personality and customer service experience.
